Origami Owl is honored to support the Night to Shine proms, a globally recognized event celebrating people with special needs. More than 32,000 kings and queens have enjoyed Night to Shine, an unforgettable prom night experience centered on God’s love for people with special needs. The Canadian Down Syndrome Society supports the diverse and growing community of over 45,000 children and adults with Down Syndrome in Canada.

Down syndrome is the most commonly occurring chromosomal condition. Approximately one in every 700 babies in the United States is born with Down syndrome – about 6,000 each year. Down syndrome occurs in people of all races and economic level.
